VetraSky-G
Sentech’s VetraFin G-Series System is a highly transparent glass fin skylight system featuring simple lines, hidden facade glass support connections, and a unique look with no visible hardware, bolts or plates. This proprietary system can be used to design skylights with insulated glass with any type of soft coat low-e; this feature enables the design of walls with the high thermal performance. Using innovative technology, this skylight system can be designed with heated glass and allow users to heat the skylight glass and control the glass surface temperature, enhancing both visual and thermal indoor comfort. In addition to minimizing the undesirable accumulation of snow and ice, heated glass helps keep the indoor environment warmer during winter months, enhancing indoor visual and thermal comfort. Thermal comfort is enhanced by stable radiant heating emanating from the skylight surface; the use of this technology results in brighter and warmer environments. The user-controlled temperatures on the skylight surface are achieved using fully integrated and invisible coating technology.
Our heated glass solutions allow users to heat the skylight glass surface to minimize accumulation of snow or ice during winter months, and it can also be heated just above due point to prevent condensation in the exterior and interior glass surfaces. This flexibility solves all maintenance and visibility problems associated with snow accumulation and water condensation. The VetraSky-G system follows our design tradition of systems that offer unmatched transparency, design simplicity, and functionality.
