Located in the heart of downtown Austin, Texas, this LEED Gold certified, 22-story office building is one of Austin’s tallest and premier downtown office buildings. Originally developed in 1987, the high-rise at Congress Avenue and West Cesar Chavez Street overlooks Lady Bird Lake and is a landmark on the Austin skyline. The renovation of the first and second floors utilized Sentech’s VetraFin G-Series System with cantilevered fins, and the addition of the structural glass elements serves to maximize natural light streaming into the lobby space while offering unobstructed views- a gateway into the vibrant life of downtown Austin. The $6 million makeover and structural glass system has led 100 Congress to become a sought-after workplace destination by high-end legal firms and tech companies alike.
